Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We offer a two-year warranty on all pieces. That means if you experience any tarnishing, rust, or breakage due to a defect, we'll replace your item for free.
To make a claim, send an email to help@tuzijade.com with your original order information, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the problem.
Note that our warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear such as scratches, or damage due to improper use. We're also unable to cover items that have been altered by a third party.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items for 60 days from the purchase date, unless the item is marked final sale. Items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging, including box and pouches.
To file a return, email returns@tuzijade.com with your order information. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label. Once we've received your item, we will issue a full refund. Please allow up to five business days for processing.
Is your jewelry sustainable?
Sustainability is part of our brand DNA. We ship all of our orders in boxes made from 100% recycled cardboard, and we don't use any plastic or synthetic microfibers in our packaging. To offset the carbon impact of our operations, we plant a tree for every single order. As our brand evolves, we'll continue to implement more improvements to reduce our footprint as much as possible.
Where does your jade come from?
We take care to ensure that our jade is ethically sourced. The majority of the world's jade comes from Northern Myanmar. Unfortunately, mining in this region is predominantly done under unsafe working conditions, using industrial techniques that harm the local environment. Furthermore, the proceeds from the jade trade may go to the nation's military regime, which has a record of human rights violations.
At Tuzi, we use ethically-sourced aventurine jade. This stone has the same rich green hue as Myanmar jade, so you can enjoy the beauty of your jewelry, guilt-free! What's more, aventurine jade has a natural shine and superior hardness, making it resistant to chips and cracks.
